With ArrowBilling You can create any number of Rate tables (plans). The Rate table has uniform format across any entity in the system, i.e. it is the same for enduser account, reseller or carrier. Therefore it is possible to assign any rate table to any user, reseller or carrier. Furthermore, each account or reseller can be assigned unique rate table
